As we arrived in Tiburon, we found an open parking space in front of a hotel. When I stepped out of the car, I glanced at the name of the hotel, called The Lodge at Tiburon. Something sounded familiar about this name. I looked over at the restaurant called Three Degrees. By sheer chance, we happened to park right in front of the restaurant where my good friend, Fred, was a Sous-chef.

He cooked up a spectacular meal for us. I was way too busy sitting on a cloud of culinary bliss to take many shots, but this one of an appetizer turned out alright.
